Radiation Safety

1. All research, human or non-human, which includes the use of radioactive materials must be reviewed by the Radiation Safety Office and approved by one or more of the following committees:

   • Machine-Produced Radiation Safety Committee (MPRSC)

   • Radioactive Drug Research Committee (RDRC)

   • Radionuclide Radiation Safety Committee (RRSC)

2. This review should take place prior to the submission of IRB paperwork for the study.

3. All required forms and instructions can be found on the Radiation Safety website.
