How to Use the MediSurf Image Viewer

Logging In To Medisurf

1. start a Java enabled web browser - Internet Explorer 4 is the recommended browser.
• This is the icon for Internet Explorer.
• Install the newest copy of Internet Explorer if you don't have it. 
2. go to the Medisurf link; it can be found from the IU Radiology Faculty & Staff Web Links page under System Access
3. click on the  button on the opening page of Medisurf
4. click on the  button on the disclaimer page of Medisurf
5. a login window will popup; enter your assigned name, password, and press "OK"
• tip: sometimes the login window will be obscured or minimized; click on the maximize button  at the upper right hand margin of the login window to display the name and password fields
